1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the MJ Concrete LLC website and the services we provide. By using this website, requesting an estimate or hiring MJ Concrete LLC, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services We Provide

MJ Concrete LLC provides concrete services in Vancouver, Washington and the surrounding Clark County area, including driveways, walkways, sidewalks, patios, stamped concrete, exposed aggregate, broom finish concrete, foundations and concrete walls. The scope of any project is defined in the written estimate or agreement we provide for that project.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are provided for planning purposes and are not binding until confirmed in a written agreement. Final pricing may change after an on-site assessment, once the full scope, site conditions or materials are known. We will tell you about any change in scope or price before going ahead with the work.

4. Scheduling, Property Access and Cancellations

Pour dates can be affected by weather, permits and material availability. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property for our crew, equipment and concrete trucks. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, deposits and milestones are set out in your project agreement. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. Work may be paused for past-due balances.

6. Workmanship

We stand behind our workmanship as described in your project agreement. Concrete can develop minor cracks, color variation and surface changes as it cures and ages, which is normal for the material. Except as stated in your agreement, services are provided without additional warranties.

7. SMS and Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and checking a consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from MJ Concrete LLC. These messages are used to provide estimates, coordinate appointments and follow up on your requests. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

  1. This campaign sends SMS Notifications, Alerts & Occasional Marketing Communication to customers who have opted in to receive SMS notifications.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
  3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to lehaulitevita9@gmail.com
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Your phone number, email address and project details are kept confidential. We will never sell, rent or distribute your personal contact information to outside third parties or marketing affiliates.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MJ Concrete LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photos, videos, logos and branding, is the property of MJ Concrete LLC and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the date above will show the most recent revision.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Clark County, Washington.
